1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. pecans (chopped)
1 tbsp. butter (melted)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix butter, flour and cream cheese like pie dough. Divide equally into 24 portions, roll into balls, and with fingers line each miniature muffin tin.

Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour in equal amounts into pastry lined pans. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Yields 2 dozen. Enjoy!
