TEX MEX ROAST | |
3 lbs. roast 2 c. dry beans 1 can med. Rotel tomatoes 1 can (flat) green chilies 1 c. chopped mushrooms (optional) 1 can tomato sauce 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 onion Salt and pepper Put beans in first, then roast. Cover with water and cook at 250 degrees for 12 hours. |
