PASTA AND MEAT SAUCE 
1 lb. ground round
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 lb. pasta, spaghetti or whatever pasta desired
1 tbsp. oil

Saute onion, garlic and ground round in oil in large sauce pan until lightly brown. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, water and seasonings. Simmer gently for 30 minutes. Serve over the pasta with Parmesan cheese.
