PASTA MEAT SAUCE 
4 tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic
4 sprigs parsley
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. Parmesan
3 tbsp. red wine
2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, crushed or whole
2 tbsp. dried basil
1/2 carrot
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
Cooked pasta
Grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Saute garlic in olive oil in large pot. Remove garlic. Add remaining ingredients to pot and simmer for 2 hours. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or Romano.
