OATMEAL RAISIN BUNS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. golden raisins
Lemon frosting

Combine water, butter, sugar and salt in saucepan, bring to boil. Add flour all at once, then over low heat beat with wooden spoon about 1 minute or until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth, thick dough. Remove from heat. Continue beating 2 minutes to cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each until mixture has satiny sheen. Stir in raisins. Drop heaping tablespoon about 2" apart on greased baking sheet.

Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 30 to 35 minutes or until doubled, golden and firm. Remove to wire rack to cool slightly. While still warm, gently spread frosting over tops and sides. Makes 20. NOTE: To plump raisins cover with hot water, let stand 5 minutes, drain well.
