GOLDEN RAISIN BUNS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. raisins, plumped
Lemon frosting

Bring to boil water, butter, sugar and salt. Add flour all at once and beat over low heat until mixture leaves the side of the pan and forms a thick dough. Remove from heat and beat 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time and continue beating until satiny. Stir in raisins and drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.

To plump raisins, cover with boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain well.

LEMON FROSTING:

Melt 1 tablespoon butter. Stir in 1 1/2 tablespoons milk. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
