CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE BAKE 
Chicken (as many pieces as needed)
Smoked sausage links (or Italian sausage), about 1/2 lb.
About 1/2 lb. regular sausage links
Garlic
Oil
Salt and pepper
Oregano
2 or 3 sliced onions

Put chicken in large baking pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic (crushed fresh or powder), oregano. Drizzle with oil, 2 to 3 tablespoons. Cut smoked sausage in chunks. Tuck both kinds of sausage in and around chicken. Cover with onion slices. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. After about 45 minutes, turn pieces over so they are all well flavored.
