4 c. flour
4 c. cracker meal
4 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
3 tbsp. paprika
1/4 c. oil

Mix all ingredients together and store in refrigerator. Equivalent to 20 packages of coating.
