HOT CHIP DIP 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can Hormel chili without beans
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Brown hamburger in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Mix all ingredients in baking dish. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with large tortilla chips.
