CHEWY BUTTERSCOTCH BARS 
1 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. butter
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. oatmeal (Quick)
1 1/2 pkgs. plus 1/3 c. instant butterscotch pudding
3/4 c. each chocolate chips, butterscotch chips & nuts

In mixing bowl, beat together sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Stir together flour; dry pudding mix and salt. Add to creamed mixture; mix well. Stir in oats, chips and nuts. Spread in well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes.
