APRICOT GLAZED PEARS 
Mix 1/3 cup orange juice and 1/3 cup apricot jam in ungreased square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inch. Cut 4 pears into halves; remove cores. Place cut sides down in dish. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven until pears are tender when pierced with fork, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm or chilled. Garnish with whipped cream and ground nutmeg. Makes 4 servings.
