APRICOT GLAZE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. butter
4 eggs

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. hot water

Mix ingredients well. Pour into 11 x 13 inch pan. Do not grease the pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. When done, prick holes in the cake with a large fork, clear to the bottom of pan about 1/2 inch apart. Serve warm or cold. (Especially good served warm!)
