APRICOT GLAZE 
1/2 c. Simply Fruit apricot by Smuckers
1 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. fruit flavored liqueur or fruit juice (apple juice or orange juice)

In a small saucepan over medium heat melt jelly. Add gelatin and liqueur; heat until gelatin is dissolved; bring to a boil and remove from heat. Cool slightly and put on cake warm.
