BUTTER CREAM EGGS 
2 sticks butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' (10X) sugar, more or less
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Bitter sweet chocolate
Nuts, coconut, peanut butter

Soften butter and cream with confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla. Add liquids slowly (you don't want the mix to be sticky). The fun is getting that perfect mix to shape into eggs.

After shaping all mix, melt bitter sweet chocolate in a double boiler. Dip eggs into chocolate with a fork. Eggs must be refrigerated.

This recipe has been handed down from my mother to me and now my daughter enjoys the challenge of making these delicious eggs.
