BAKED MUSTARD HAM STEAK | |
ham steaks (pre-cooked) your favorite mustard whole or 2% milk Defrost the (pre-cooked) ham steaks and place in a glass baking pan. Spread your favorite mustard on both sides covering the majority of the steak. Pour milk into the pan until just covering the steaks. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Once the liquid in the pan has turned clear and the milk and mustard has curdled together into clumps, your dish is done. The liquid with the milk/mustard clumps tastes delicious over mashed potatoes. Do not add salt, between the mustard and the ham, this dish is salty enough. =) Also pairs well with green beans or broccoli. Submitted by: Aimee |
