FINNISH PANCAKES 
8 lg. eggs
1 qt. fresh milk
4 to 5 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter

Melt 1/4 pound butter in pan 12x16 inch. Mix lightly with beater - milk and eggs; then add sugar, salt and flour. Pour mixed batter over melted butter. Bake in 450 degree oven for 20-23 minutes. Cut recipe in half for 9x13 inch pan, cut recipe in thirds for 8x8 pan. Serve with maple syrup, jelly or butter.
