FINNISH BAKED PANCAKE | |
2 c. warm milk 2 lg. eggs 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. flour (3/4 c. if you like it thicker) 1/2 stick butter (melted in milk) Blend all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 inch heated pan in which an additional 1/2 stick of butter has been melted. Pan should be hot before butter is poured in it. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. (Vanilla or cinnamon may be added for flavor.) |
