FINNISH OVEN PANCAKE 
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Take an electric beater and beat eggs in a bowl. Beat the eggs until they are fluffy. Put in the milk, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and melted butter. Beat these ingredients continually.

Pour into a 13 1/2 x 9 inch pan which has been greased and floured. Bake in a hot oven at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. This can be served hot with butter, jam, jelly or syrup. This can be made ahead and heated later in the oven or in the microwave. It always tastes better if it is eaten immediately after being made.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
