GERMAN APPLE-OVEN PANCAKE | |
4 eggs 3/4 c. flour 3/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. butter 2 med. apples, thinly sliced 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Beat eggs, add salt, flour and milk and mix well. Batter will be thin. Divide the 1/4 cup butter between 2 (9") cake pans and put in oven to melt. Divide batter between the 2 cake pans. Spread both evenly with apple slices. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top of apples. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
