BLUEBERRY OR RASPBERRY CAKE OR
CUPCAKES
 
1/2 butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
2 c. berries - fold in

Cream butter, sugar and egg, add flour and baking powder and add the milk. Fold in berries and bake. Pan - 2 x 8 x 2 inch - approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cupcakes - approximately 20 to 25 minutes at 350 to 375 degrees.
