CABBAGE - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
4 c. shredded cabbage
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. buttered crumbs

Boil cabbage in small amount of water for about 5 minutes. Drain. Melt butter, blend in flour. Stir in milk until smooth. Add 3/4 cup grated cheese and stir until melted. Combine cabbage and cheese sauce and pour into casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
