AMBROSIA CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines all butter cake mix
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
1/2 c. oil

FROSTING:

9 oz. Cool Whip
1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
Sm. vanilla instant pudding

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. CAKE: In large bowl combine mix, eggs, oranges (with juice) and oil; blend until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Bake in 2 greased 9 inch round pans for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 10 to 20 minutes in pans. Remove from pans and cool top side up. Frost when fully cool.

FROSTING: Mix all ingredients together and frost. Keep refrigerated. Best to mix frosting when Cool Whip is still almost frozen to make it easy to cling to cake. If it gets too soft, refrigerate until stiffer.
