AMBROSIA CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges, undrained

Mix all ingredients and bake in greased 13"x9" casserole dish at 350 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes. Cool in dish.

TOPPING:

1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. frozen coconut, thawed

Sprinkle 1/2 of instant pudding over cake. Mix remaining pudding, pineapple and coconut. Let thicken and spread on cake. Refrigerate overnight and top with whipped topping if desired.
