NEVER FAIL PICKLE BEANS 
Cook green beans until done, don't over cook. Put in colander and drain overnight. Boil water and let it set overnight to get cold. The next morning put 1 teaspoon of salt in quart jar and fill with cooked beans, put 1 teaspoon of salt in top of each jar and fill jars with the cold water that has set overnight and seal each jar.
