PICKLED BEAN SALAD | |
1 can French-style green beans 1 can LeSeuer peas 1 sm. jar sliced pimento 2 stalks celery, chopped 3 sm. white onions (sliced in rings) 1 c. vegetable juice 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. salad oil 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Drain canned vegetables (reserving liquid). Mix all ingredients well. Chill for 24 hours before serving. Drain well and serve. |
