PICKLED BEANS 
2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salt
2 c. water
1 tsp. dry red peppers

Cook together. Bring to boil and pour over beans, after putting in jars. Stem beans and leave whole. Pack into jars.

Add to each jar: 1 or 2 red hot peppers 1 clove garlic

Seal at once. Do not open for 3 or 4 weeks. Makes 5 pints.
