PICKLE BEANS 
3/4 c. coarse salt
1 c. vinegar, 5%
2 qts. water

Bring to rolling boil.

Cook beans until nearly tender; drain. Place beans in pillow slip and pour in hot liquid. Stir so the liquid will go all the way through the beans and over the top. Weight down and let set for 10 days. Remove and place in jars. Process 10 minutes at 5 pounds pressure.
