JOHNNY MARZETTI 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 sm. can mushrooms
4 c. cooked macaroni
12 oz. shredded Cheddar
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix in 6 oz. cheese and 8 oz. tomato sauce with meat and onion. Spread cooked macaroni in oblong baking dish. Pour meat and cheese mixture over macaroni. Sprinkle 4 oz. of tomato sauce and remaining cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.

Serves 8.
