1 to 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger 2 tbsp. sugar 1 can tomato bisque soup 1/2 can water 4 oz. mushrooms 1/2 bag butter and garlic croutons (Pepperidge Farm) 3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated 3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, grated Salt and pepper to taste Dash Lawry's seasoning salt 1 med. onion, diced 1/2 med. green pepper, diced 1 c. diced celery Fry hamburger, drain. Add onions, peppers and celery and cook lightly. Add remaining ingredients except half of cheese and croutons and mix lightly. Toss remaining cheese and croutons together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in uncovered baking dish. |
