OATMEAL WHEAT BREAD 
Approx. 4 c. bread flour
1 c. wheat flour
1 c. oats
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 stick butter

Heat honey, milk, water and butter just until warm, 120 to 130 degrees. Add 1/2 cup bread flour, wheat flour, oats, yeast and salt. Mix together, then add eggs. Beat 3 minutes then add additional flour to make a workable dough. Knead 5 minutes. Let rise until double in an oiled covered bowl. Punch down dough, let rest 10 minutes. Shape into 2 loaves and place in greased pans. Let rise until double, then bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
