BEEF STICK 
3 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
3 tbsp. Tender Quick salt
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper (more or less to taste)

Purchase in gourmet section.

Mix well together. Shape into beef sticks (4 logs). Refrigerate overnight. Bake on cake or meat rack for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Cool. Serve like beef stick with crackers and cheese; refrigerate unused portion.
