BEEF STICKS 
5 lb. hamburger
5 tsp. Morton tender salt
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp. whole pepper
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
5 tsp. Hickory smoke salt

Mix all ingredients and store in a covered bowl in the refrigerator for 3 days. Mix well each day. On the 4th day, form into 4 rolls. Press firmly. Bake on broiler pan at 175 degrees for 8 hours; turn after 4 hours.
