MARINATED CARROTS 
4 lbs. carrots
Sm. onion
Sm. mango
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook carrots until tender. Drain and cool. Mix rest of ingredients in a large bowl. Put carrots in mixture and marinate overnight.
