POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs

Beat well. Add:

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds (or more)

Use two bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Spoon over hot bread.
