POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer until well mixed. Pour into 2 small to medium loaf pans (greased). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice

Let bread cool then pour icing over both loaves. (I don't use all the icing, the bread doesn't need it.)
