YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. squash or zucchini
1/4 c. onion
3 c. crumbled corn bread
1/2-3/4 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion
1/2 c. water
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. pepper

Prepare oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 quart casserole with oil. Simmer squash in water until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour in casserole dish. Bake 25-35 minutes or until golden brown.
