SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. cooked squash, reserve liquid
1 lb. sausage, cooked & crumbled
1 1/2 c. corn bread stuffing
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. liquid from squash
1 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 tbsp. sausage drippings
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated cheese

Mix together and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
