RANCH STYLE CHICKEN 
1 3/4 lbs. boneless chicken (makes 3 c.)
1 c. onions, chopped fine
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
12 oz. grated cheese (med. sharp)

Boil chicken and save 1 cup of broth, debone chicken. Saute onions in butter; mix together 2 soups, 1 cup of chicken broth and Rotel tomatoes. Butter a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Put a layer of Doritos (plain), a layer of chicken and soup mixture, a layer of cheese. Repeat with Doritos, chicken, soups and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
