STUFFED TOMATOES 
1 dozen med. tomatoes
1 dozen eggs, beaten
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 med. size onion, chopped
1 c. milk
1 c. oil
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
9x13 inch baking pan
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

In baking pan, add oil, parsley, garlic, and onions. Brown slightly. Set aside.

In meantime, scoop out inside of tomatoes, chop and add to oil and onions. Let cook on top of stove slowly or until cooked to a sauce. Into mixing bowl, put eggs, milk, cheeses and beat together. Add salt and pepper.

Into this mixture add cooked sauce, all except enough to cover bottom of pan. Add bread crumbs to mixture to thicken. After all mixed, put tomato shells on bottom of pan. Fill with mixture and bake at 350 degrees until mixture is cooked. Then eat and enjoy.
