STUFFED TOMATOES 
6 tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped bacon
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheese
6 tsp. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Wash tomatoes but do not peel. Cut slice from top and scoop out center. Mix pulp and bacon, celery, onion, bread and salt and half of cheese and fill cavity. Cover with cheese and dot with butter. Place in greased dish and bake 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
