SPICE PUDDING MOGHLI 
2 c. powdered rice
1 oz. ground caraway
1 oz. ground fennel
1 oz. ground anise seed
1 oz. ground cinnamon
2 qt. water
2 c. sugar

GARNISH:

1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. blond raisins
1/2 c. chopped pistachio nuts
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. pine nuts

Dissolve powdered rice in cold water and put on medium heat and stir until mixture is well blended and begins to boil. Be sure to stir constantly to avoid lumps. Add all the spices and sugar and stir continuously. Continue to cook until mixture is a thick pudding. Pour into individual dessert dishes and garnish with your selection of garnishes.
