SPICED - CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. skim milk
1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients in a saucepan; stir in milk and egg yolk. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Add vanilla. Pour into 4 dessert dishes. Garnish with raspberries or banana slices. Serve warm or chilled. Makes 4 servings. 1.5 grams of fat.
