10 oz. fresh spinach
1 lb. fresh strawberries

Prepare spinach for a salad; clean strawberries, add to spinach.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg yolk
6 tbsp. oil

Mix sugar and lemon juice until dissolved add egg yolk and beat, add oil one tablespoon at a time while beating briskly. Chill and pour over salad.
