SPINACH SALAD 
12 oz. fresh spinach
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 c. safflower oil
2 tbsp. salad vinegar
1-2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 pt. strawberries, sliced

Wash and refrigerate spinach. Toast sesame seeds at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until golden, turning often. Mix together oil, vinegar, sugar, onions, salt, pepper and Tabasco and refrigerate. Just before serving, toss spinach, dressing sesame seeds and strawberries. Serves 6.
