1 head cabbage, shredded 1 cup sugar 1 cup apple cider vinegar 1 pint whipping cream Put cabbage in large bowl to allow mixing. Combine sugar and vinegar and mix until sugar is dissolved. Pour sugar and vinegar over slaw, using more or less mix or toss to coat well. Add whipping cream to the slaw and stir and toss with salad spoons. Continue to stir until the liquid starts to foam, and continue for a few more minutes. Chill before serving. Note: May keep in fridge, but stir every time you want to use. Submitted by: Mike |
