BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Cook broccoli as directed; drain. Combine other ingredients and fold in broccoli. Pour into lightly oiled 9x9 inch pan and top with dried bread crumbs or crushed cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Can double recipe and bake in 9x13 inch pan for 45 minutes.
