MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 med. white potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Butter
Flour
1 egg
1 can Durkee French fried onion rings
Salt & pepper (optional)
Minced onion

Boil potatoes. Mash and add cream cheese, butter, flour, egg (no milk), salt and pepper. Put in greased casserole dish. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees uncovered. Add Durkee onion rings and cook 10 more minutes.
