POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. dry instant potatoes (Potato Buds), prepared according to directions
1 can French fried onion rings
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion

Follow directions to prepare mashed potatoes using 2 cups of dry potatoes. In separate bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs, flour and onion. Combine with potatoes and pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with onion rings and bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
