LASAGNA - NO MESS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
1 lb. grated Mozzarella
1 (32 oz.) jar of spaghetti sauce
9 uncooked lasagna noodles

Fry first three ingredients together and set aside. Mix together cottage cheese and egg.

Grease bottom and sides of 9 x 13 pan well. Spread 3/4 cup sauce in greased pan; place layer of uncooked noodles next. Add hamburger mixture, then 1/3 cup cottage cheese mix. Add a layer of Mozzarella, then 3/4 cup sauce again. Repeat these layers two times, then sprinkle Mozzarella last on top.

Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over the whole thing. Cover with aluminum or a lid and bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or 325 degrees 1 1/2 hours. If there is liquid on top, just crack the lid. Otherwise, the noodles will become rubbery.
