1 layer spinach
1 layer lettuce
1 layer purple onion
1 layer purple cabbage
1 layer sweet pepper
1 box frozen peas, put in boiling water 1 1/2 minutes, drain, put on top

Make kind of thin layers.

TOPPING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Accent
Season all

Mix mayonnaise with Accent and enough Season All salt until mayonnaise is light pink. Spread over top of layers to seal it. Then sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese. When you get ready to serve it sprinkle with bacon bits. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. P.S. Cheddar cheese.
